Shanghai Lunneng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is a pioneering company in China specialising in the recycling and reuse of waste resources, including waste plastics, rubber, tyres and engine oil. Under the leadership of Chairman Xiaotian Niu, the company has made significant advances in the field, developed over 15 national patents (including four invention patents), secured five software copyrights, and won ten science and technology awards in Henan Province.

Our factory holds a number of Chinese national patents, as well as CE certification and ISO certifications - ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 - demonstrating our commitment to advanced, compliant technology and equipment.

Following a path of independent innovation, we produce complete, large-scale sets of environmentally friendly equipment that lead the world. Our technology is in line with global industrial policy, offering high-tech, energy-efficient, safe and stable products that provide zero-emission processing and a pollution-free production cycle - giving us a clear advantage in the marketplace.

To meet different needs around the world, we offer a range of waste tyre and plastic processing machines with varying daily capacities, including continuous pyrolysis plants that operate non-stop for up to two months, with customised daily capacities from 25 to 50 tonnes. We also provide distillation units that refine waste motor oil into base oil and pyrolysis oil into diesel, with varying daily capacities.

Our research and development team in Henan, with over 28 years of experience in pyrolysis and oil extraction, has recently developed the efficient and cost-effective equipment. These machines offer high oil yield, low energy consumption and ease of operation. We are the leader in continuous pyrolysis with the largest single unit processing capacity in China. By providing superior product quality at competitive prices, we ensure that our customers' production targets are met, safeguarding their investment and profitability.
